It’s made with 95% young organic barley grass and 5% organic maltodextrin, used to prevent oxidation, thereby maintaining a fresh, natural taste. Packaged at the peak of freshness, the organic barley grass varies slightly in colour, taste, consistency or solubility, resulting from varying chlorophyll content between different harvests.
This reflects the authenticity of ingredients which are cold-pressed to retain the natural enzyme activity. The powder form is easily mixed with any cold beverage or food, while the convenient, pre-packed sachets deliver just the right amount of product whilst on the move.
