Kurt H. Fulle

Chairman, Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fulle joined Nikken in 2003 as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer within 18 months. In 2006, he was also named Chief Operating Officer and assumed overall responsibility for business operations. Before joining Nikken, Mr. Fulle served in the same capacity in the durable consumer products industries. His 21 years of manufacturing and seven years of public accounting experience enable him to help guide Nikken in the pursuit of best practices. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he received his MBA and his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jeff Isom

Vice President of Sales & Training

Before joining the executive staff, Jeff Isom was already a significant contributor to the success of the Nikken legacy. As a sought-after personal development trainer, he has successfully helped thousands of entrepreneurs and Nikken business builders to discover their potential since 1999. An internationally renowned motivational speaker, trainer and leadership coach for more than 20 years, Jeff has met three U.S. presidents, worked as a professional film producer and director, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University where he also served as part-time faculty. Combining this talent, passion and unique experience, Jeff’s dynamic brand of leadership is an asset to his role as Nikken VP of sales & training.

Pat Elkins

Millionaires' Club Advisor

Before joining Nikken Pat Elkins followed a career in finance, managing the credit card authorization department at First Tennessee Bank in Memphis. On moving to California, Pat joined Nikken in 1991 at the entry level. Her interpersonal and problem-solving abilities were immediately apparent and after only one week Pat transferred to a position where she greeted Consultants and resolved their business issues. Pat then worked in several different capacities at Nikken, leading to her post overseeing the operations of what was named the President’s Club. Currently the administrator for Team Kaizen and the Millionaires’ Club, Pat is the first employee to whom Independent Nikken Consultants presented the Facilitator of the Year award, in recognition of her excellent customer service skills.

Telsche Read Simpson

Customer Services Manager

Before joining Nikken, Telsche worked for the prestigious Poggenpohl Group for many years. She also had years of experience in providing customer service to engineering, kitchen and bedroom design firms as well as their suppliers. A member of the Nikken European Customer Services team since 2001, Telsche was promoted to Supervisor after just three months, due to her exceptional attitude. She was again promoted to Senior Supervisor, managing a diverse team including Distributor Accounts, Training, Compliance and the Mailroom. She continued to develop her management skills and was promoted to Customer Services Manager, encouraging both team leaders and team members to achieve their full potential. Telsche is bilingual in English and German.

Andy Yamvinij

Information Technology Manager

Andy has worked in virtually every aspect of IT at Nikken, including logistics and application analyses, web and software development, system integration testing, and network and UNIX administration. In the last two decades, Andy has migrated the ERP system and helped design and execute the company's global technology advancements, as well as playing an integral part in the Nikken infrastructure upgrades. Andy holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and holds multiple certifications.

Åsa Scheele

European Director of Sales & Training

Åsa has been with Nikken since 1999, and worked in various positions within the Company. She started her Nikken career as a Customer Services Advisor for Sweden and progressed to Team Leader, Company Trainer, and Project Manager. When she joined the Sales Team, it was due to her passion for supporting and training our Consultants around Europe. With a wealth of experience in all different aspects of the business, and a strong commitment, she is a valuable source of knowledge. Her background, with a degree from Stockholm University where she amongst other subjects studied communication and rhetoric, and her education in Management from Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations, serves her well in her current role.

Georgina Challis

Head of Marketing Europe

Georgina’s background is rich in marketing. Her passion and experience lie in the wellbeing and beauty industries – a perfect fit for her role with Nikken. She has served over 16 years in the direct marketing industry for globally renowned companies, plus a period of time for one of the UK’s leading multichannel retailers. She is a creative and responsive, customer-focused and commercially minded marketer with a wealth of experience in various aspects of the business. Her educational background includes a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and management qualifications from the Institute of Management.

Franck Leroy

Manager of Distributor Services

Bilingual and bicultural, Franck served as a French translator in Scotland and as a freelancer for many years. Franck received a Master’s degree in Languages and Civilization and has done doctoral studies in Economics. He has taught both French and English to students at a military academy. He later was a member of the management team in customer relations for the Chamber of Commerce of Le Havre, France. As Manager of Distributor Services, Franck holds a wellspring of knowledge about Nikken and the company’s evolution. Joining Nikken in 1999, Franck started in the French department and was promoted to Team Leader within a year. Over the years, he was promoted to Operations Team Leader and played a key role in the implementation of new software in the Call Center. As Supervisor of Foreign Languages and Internet Support, Franck became the primary source of support for the French market. His current role will be manifold, as he continues to train corporate staff on all operational procedures and the Compensation Plan, while managing distributor relations and role-modeling exemplary customer service.

Dr. Ata Sharif

Chief Science Officer

After completing his doctorate in medicine, and starting his medical training in emergency medicine, Dr. Ata Sharif realized his first passion was clinical research. He has served as the lead project scientist for the Department of Surgery at the Beckman Laser Institute at the University of California, Irvine for the last seven years. During that time, he completed his MBA at UCI with the goal of utilizing his business acumen to improve the healthcare industry. Dr. Sharif has a strong belief in evidence-based research to support alternative and complementary medicine.
