Selected Nikken sleep products feature a layer of viscoelastic foam. This space-age material is incomparably different from a conventional foam-rubber mattress or pillow.
Viscoelastic “memory foam” was developed for NASA astronauts and use in high-altitude/high-speed test flights. This special composition reacts to pressure and temperature, molding to body contours for a custom fit every time you sleep.
This provides you with support everywhere you are touching the surface. The open-celled material helps to reduce pressure points, to minimize tossing and turning.
