Kenzen® Body Balance to be discontinued

If your Nikken Autoship order currently includes Kenzen® Body Balance healthy meal replacement mix (US 15560/CN 13360), please be advised that this product will be discontinued and removed from your Autoship order as of March 1, 2013, and remaining inventory will be available while supplies last.

In its place, Nikken has unveiled a totally new Kenzen® formula that is unlike any other nutritional product ever introduced. It’s called Kenzen® Vital Balance™ (US 15597/CN 15598), and it’s available now!

Please note that the removal of Kenzen Body Balance from your Autoship order may reduce your order total below the minimum 100PV required to qualify for the Autoship discount and volume bonus. To replace Kenzen Body Balance with NEW Kenzen Vital Balance in your monthly Autoship order, you must contact Nikken between February 1 and March 1, 2013. Remember, Autoship orders of 100PV or more are eligible for a 10% discount!

To manage your Autoship order, log into myNikken.com and select Autoship in the Ordering drop-down menu, or complete and resubmit a new Autoship application form available in the myNikken.com document library. You may also call 800-669-8859 US / 800-669-8890 CN, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT. Change requests must be received at least three (3) business days in advance of your next scheduled ship date.
